As I said I’d update you in some recipes that I have tried which are quick and easy to make but also suitable for my belly! So I’ll admit I didn’t cook it tonight but I can make it.
1 salmon fillet fried in gluten free soy sauce
1/2 cup of basmati rice
1 red pepper (could be any colour)
2 garlic cloves
And gluten free sauce for the stir fry bit, which the onion and pepper are cooked down so they are soft. Then once it’s all cooked down the boiled rice is thrown in with some soy sauce, until the rice has turned a light brown. I think when serving it up sprinkle a little but of spring onion on but these can be a problem if I have too many of them, so not always best having them.
So far this dish has always been light on my stomach, but I dont have a large amount because I get very full quickly and too much food makes it harder for the body to digest it.
